I’ve never known how to define myself in writing...

Perhaps this «About me» doesn’t contain a huge amount of information about me but, if something has led me to be here writing these lines, it is the street art.

KEEPING GOING

As a child I didn’t care about a notebook, a napkin or a paper tablecloth from a bar, there was always a pen at hand to fill everything with drawings, letters and signatures that at that time I considered a mere way of not getting bored. Later those doodles began to take shape and meaning in my life, until discovering rap music suddenly connected everything.

I got into hip hop culture and everything made sense, all those hours of looking inside myself, of solitude and of expression on paper made sense.

That’s where Mawe was born, between notebooks, concerns and an eternal search for the path to follow.

Today, like Nacho Mawe, I’m still that independent child who has made his search a life full of challenges and barriers to break, and behind thousands of walls behind me, I face the following murals with the ambition of the first, conscious that each stroke of the spray can is a step that brings me closer to my goals.
